Refund policy

Every CityPrints3D map is 3D printed to order. If your map arrives damaged or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery at warprintsstore+cityprints3d@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. Because each piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they enter production.
